    JUNIOR URBAN DATA ANALYST – TURIN

    Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a highly creative, flexible, independent and motivated individual to be involved in urban data analysis and visualization activities. The position is available for an immediate start.

    Requiremets:

    • Master’s degree in interaction or computation design, computer and information sciences, media arts and sciences, or equivalent;
    • relevant skills for interpreting, analyzing, and pre-processing data;
    • advanced knowledge of visualizations techniques and user interface design;
    • proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and programming languages such as Python;
    • familiarity with design software, such as Rhinoceros+Grasshopper and Adobe Creative Suite preferred;
    • proficiency in geospatial data processing (QGIS or ArcGIS, PostGIS) preferred;
    • experience with big datasets analysis preferred;
    • proficiency with map-based libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, CartoDB) preferred is a plus;
    • a confident, professional attitude with strong graphic communication skills;

    PROJECT MANAGER – TURIN

    CRA is looking for a Project manager with a strong affinity in new technologies and the curiosity to research how these can transform the architecture of tomorrow. As a Project manager in our company, you will be leading multidisciplinary and international design team. You will be responsible of the relationships with CRA clients and will take important design choices on projects during all design phases, from the design concepts to drawing plans.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Architectural/Building Engineering, Masterplanning, Design or relevant field;
    • fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in another language is an asset;
    • 5+ years experience in an (international) architecture or design offices;
    • experience and comfort leading multidisciplinary design teams and clients through the development of new projects;
    • experience leading client meetings and design review meetings with multi-disciplinary staffs;
    • a team oriented professional looking to invest and grow in their professional career;

    • ability to monitor, control and report project performances against budgets;

    JUNIOR ARCHITECT – NEW YORK

    CRA is looking for a US citizen Junior Architect with a strong affinity in new technologies and the curiosity to research how these can transform the architecture of tomorrow. As a Junior Architect in our New York office, you will be working as a member of a multidisciplinary and international design team. You will work on projects during all design phases, from the design concepts to drawing plans, create renderings and making presentations, reporting your work to the Senior Architect.

    Requirements

    • US citizenship, US/Italian preferred;
    • Bachelor or Master degree in Architectural/Building Engineering, Masterplanning, Design or relevant field;
    • 1-4 years experience in an (international) architecture or design offices;
    • Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills;
    • Mandatory skills: AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino;
    • Preferred skills: Grasshopper, V-ray;

    ARCHITECTURE INTERN – TURIN

    Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for an architectural intern with a strong affinity in new technologies and the curiosity to research how these new technologies can transform the architecture of tomorrow. As an architectural intern in our Turin office, you will be working on various projects within a multidisciplinary and international design team and mentored by experienced architectural professionals.

    Requirements

    • Currently studying or recently graduated in Architectural/Building Engineering or other relevant studies (an enrolment statement from your university is required for this position);
    • Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills;
    • Mandatory skills: AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino;
    • Preferred skills: Grasshopper, V-ray;
    • Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in another language is an asset;
    • Confidence in working in a complex and international environment;
    • Minimum availability of 3 months.

    COMMUNICATION INTERN – TURIN

    Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for an English native speaker Communication Intern to join our office in Turin. Working full time, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and international team, reporting to the Communication Manager and collaborating with the other communication associates. Your tasks will include: editing, writing and proof-reading texts in English for both clients, journalists and CRA social media pages; liaising with journalists and other media contacts; monitoring media coverage on national and international media; supporting the management of mailing lists and archive of publications; supporting the organisation of team building events.

    Requirements:

    • Mandatory skills: Bachelor’s degree or graduating in Communication, Journalism, Literature, or related fields;
    • No work experience is required; however, you should be able to demonstrate your passion for the written word and your ability in editing and proof reading texts in English at a professional or semi-professional level;
    • Mother tongue-level English proficiency, especially in the written form;
    • Methodical thinking; Extreme precision, punctuality, and accuracy;
    • Mandatory skills: Office suite; knowledge of the international media landscape;
    • Preferred skills: Interest in design and architecture, professional use of social media, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp;
    • Ability to work under stress in a complex and international environment.
